Hypnosis, Meditation & other Tools of Change

Audios to Explore - Learn - Experience

Guided Imagery has been used for thousands of years. One simply follows along the suggested vividly-detailed imagery making the images come to life behind closed eyes.

We use guided imagery in hypnosis and meditation to engage as many senses as possible to make it seem as real as possible. Why? Because the act of imagining evokes physical, mental and emotional changes within us. Through the use of guided imagery, we engage our consciousness and transform it.

Therefore, we are able to envision a better future, heal our past, look deeper within ourselves at current life problems for cause and effect, manage stress and anxiety and much more.

All these techniques are completely safe and can be used by everyone, at any age. It's as simple as pushing the play button after you've found somewhere comfortable to relax and rest.

Hypnosis encompasses a wider range of therapeutic tools which include suggestions to achieve a desired result and positive affirmations along with a relaxation component. Often in my audios, I include relaxation, hypnosis and guided imagery together to help you achieve your personal goals.

Understanding the Differences:

Guided Relaxation - Allowing the body and mind to rest and relax as a narrator guides your to relax each part of your body

Guided Imagery - A narrator guiding you to imagine various mental images while using as many senses as possible. Goal can be stress reduction, heightening self esteem, self-healing, etc. Guided imagery is used along with hypnosis and meditation although it is NOT those things.

Guided Meditation - May include some form of relaxation and guided imagery, often there is a focal point to the meditation, either spoken (guided) or quiet focused time.

Positive Affirmations - Statements that are positive in nature used to retrain thinking to effect positive change. Can be used alone, or in conjunction with hypnosis or meditation.

Hypnosis - Talk session that can include relaxation (induction) and deepeners to go deeper into the delta and theta brain waves. Hypnosis is a state of focused concentration, just as is meditation. However, hypnosis is often used in therapy to root out negative behaviors or beliefs and replace them with good habits. Spiritual hypnosis seeks to help the client delve deeper into the spiritual side of life and existence.
